Request to improve the policy for running chat rooms three hours in advance

We're experiencing the following issues in the Three Hours Ago chat room, and we're requesting operational policy improvements. Limit conversation times: Limit conversations during the early morning hours (e.g., midnight to 6am) to avoid disrupting other users' rest. Limit the content of conversations: Encourage guests to avoid discussing their personal lives that are not related to travel (e.g., floor noise). Encourage respectful language and sanction disrespectful behavior: We encourage respectful language to help everyone communicate with each other in a respectful manner, and we have sanctions in place for persistent disrespectful behavior. Tougher consequences for rule violations: We'll discuss consequences, such as warnings and room bans, for accumulated violations of existing rules, such as "Communicate with each other in a respectful and considerate manner" and "Please refrain from personal references and 1:1 question requests during the late hours of the night." With these improvements, we hope to create a more pleasant and fruitful communication environment.
